When I was your age, my net worth was basically zero. Today, nearly 30 years later, it is approximately 1.7 million. With where you are, as well as your habits, you will hit the number well before I did. If I may, I will recommend that you be careful with crypto. I probably wouldn’t want to have more than around 5 percent of my net worth in that (if anything). Also be careful with debt. That really messes people up.
@@bg1616 - retirement account (stocks and. bonds) + primary residence (mortgage paid off) + cash. At least half of my wealth has come from market gains and appreciation on my house.

Great job, you forgot to account for the fair price of the car in the market. So let’s say you can sell it for 26k and own 30k that means that would impact your network by only -4K. Since you are half owner that would be only -2k.
I recommend doing a ton of research! Truthfully when I was starting out, I just started watching youtube videos to gain a foundational understanding. This is the time to invest into crypto while its down. Your correct that it's volatile that's because it is new but it will pay off big; just learn to avoid speculative crypto currencies. Don't be like most people who buy only at the top, dollar cost average in. You should be proud of yourself for accomplishing so much. Miss very good, but you are running along the superficial..when you have grey hair and getting closer to dropping the body will that help you understand the mystery of life and who you are. I suggest doing so well materially may even be an impediment as when everything is sweet there is very little incentive to scratch beneath the surface and make any earnest enquiry.
