@stephaniemyrealtor8141 I second that! I've seen some horrible fake bags on their website that they allegedly stated were authenticated, and they weren't real.
The first thing I would do is definitely email them, if there are designer brand in a good company they will take care of you especially since you did order the blue color. From a SBO ☺️
That's happened to me before where they sent me the wrong color. I emailed them and they didn't charge me to ship the wrong color bag back to them. Hope you persist!! Their bags are such great quality 😅
They tend to do that. Same thing happened to me with the Polene tonca. I ordered the nude color and got a pink one instead. Their customer service is awful.
@@rosie20098 for real for real. and like the delivery people from resellers don't give a flying fuck about the packages, could be a dead dove inside for all they care. i wouldn't wanna go through another hassle of changing and making complaints.
I feel ya----I ordered a Portland Leather bag and it stunk to high heaven, literally. I should have sent it back but didn't want the hassle. So I did all the recommended things to get the stink out, and nothing worked, even after airing it outside for DAYS. Finally threw it away and chalked it up to a learning experience (ka-ching). I did order a Polene from Poshmark and it is wonderful! But I really only saved about $20 by doing so. Then I ordered sandals from a physical therapist's company online, and instead of size 6.5, they sent me 12.5!!!!!! Sent them back and am wondering if this will be another "learning experience." Sigh. People just don't know how to do a job with integrity and care anymore, bottom line.
I received my cyme bag two weeks ago. When I opened it there was a HUGE mark (about 20cm long) on the front of the bag. Polene told me they couldn't let me exchange it for free, I had to return it and purchase it again, so I would effectively be paying for shipping THREE times. Apparently the mark is a sign that the bag is "genuine" as leather naturally has scuffs and marks but this is a brand new UNUSED bag. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced and so so disappointed that I am now stuck with an imperfect bag.

Um not sure if they have an exchange/return policy. But if you have a receipt/confirmation for the order that states you bought the blue one. I’d reach out to them for a swap to the right bag.
If they've sent the wrong item it is their fault..... Therefore their responsibility to rectify the situation. Has she ordered the wrong item that would be a completely different situation. 🤷🏻♀️
@@realgirlluxury They did pay for shipping return. I got the olive numero dix. They are beautiful bags of great quality but they seem to make lots of mistakes with orders.
Personally I wouldn’t recommend buying designer anything online because theres way to many fakes and scammers selling fake products online. Hope they gave you return options and send you what you paid for and that it is what they claim it to be.

This is what I'm going through right now, it's been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the right bag. The process have been so painful so far, I'll never buy anything from them anymore. To say they are not perfect is not right, because apparently this happened to many customers.
