Between the powertrain and easy 35 clear, I’m definitely getting a 4th gen. I’m really like the way the sr5 came out too. Might be worth going that route over spending out the ass for TRDOR. Just gotta wait 2-3 years for the kinks to get worked out.
Great looking rig, those new modifications really pop and looks way better than stock. I just got my preloaded collar lift kit for a 3rd Gen for the 5100 setup few days ago from WD and install is this coming Saturday. Happy trails 🤙
Jeff and the team are a awesome band of innovators!! About 4 years ago when I found out about the trd pro lift and the collar, it made so much sense to me! Now even more products to date that are badass what a beast!
Pretty much my idea of a perfect build! Looks like beautiful, quality stuff from WD! Stance is meaty! For an idea, how about a full height rear rack "hoop" that would match the roof rack height and could attach to the bed stiffeners fairly quick? I'm a DIYer, and being able to haul longer boards up top in a little 5' bed would be awesome!!

@@Sam-dq7ws we don’t because we do them every day so know where to get it at right. But I do get calls daily by people that they said they got it close but could not get it exact🤦♂️
So many questions… how much did it cost? Did you have to change settings in the computer with the larger tires? Would it make more sense to do this with a TRD Off Road with the better shocks? How much of a lift did you do? I like to know a little more about the lift. Quality looks awesome and so does the truck. Nice job!
The sr5 looks beautiful and complete! How much did it all cost? Im guessing 2.5k for wheels and tires, 1k for lift, 1k minimum for the rack, maybe 400 for the sliders? So like 5 grand at the very least?
Im going to give it couple years to work the bugs out and see what issues arrise before i buy. Mine will be a 6ft bed with the Iforce Max engine when i decide to buy.
Did you have to get a hub centric kit? Isn’t the hub size smaller on the 4th gen’s? The Hub/bore size on the method wheels are 106.25 right which is larger than the stock hub size
You have to be careful putting stuff like that on your truck because you can get some really bad wind noise. Its fine while you have it loaded up to go camping, but you're going to get that wind noise 365 days a year. Not saying don't do it, just be aware.
We design all of our stuff to not have wind noise. We can’t stand it. If someone has wind noise with our products then they are not installed correctly.
Will there be interruptions on the gps/satellite antena bc of the roof rack? I had a pretty bad experience with my 3rd gen and the rack similar to this.Any suggestions?thx
How do you like the rock slider angle? If you need it for a step will it work well or would you recommend the flat angle option? I really like the looks of that angled version
