I can't love this enough. Proud of you, Oscar! Girls in Master, so they can share a bathroom and you & Levi in your own room. He's almost at the age where he needs his own space. You're doing great! Happy for you! Btw- the closet at the end of the hallway, is I linen closet!
I would definitely put the kids in the master bedroom they would have that huge closet and their own bathroom. and get 2 bunk beds. That way you can take the other room and your cousin or it could be a guest/levi’s room when no one is using it.
this is such a smart choice! downsizing so you have less to take care of and more time and energy for you and the kids. i love to see how grateful you are!
Put Levi in the other bedroom and the girls in the master. That might work too. Idk don't sell yourself short when it comes to being the king of your castle!
I think the girls should get the master.. since there are three of them. & you and Levi get the other two. it makes more sense that way... don't cram 4 kids into one room. especially 3 girls with 1 boy...

I think the 3rd bedroom will be his cousins room since she’s been staying with him. Could be wrong but I think that’s why he mentioned all the kids in one large room.
I was going to say the exact same thing! The girls can go in the master and then Levi and Oscar can go in the other two rooms that way everyone’s rooms can be decorated to feel like home.
I love it ! I think the girls should have the master with the bathroom. Levi probably would prefer not sharing a room with sisters. And you and him would share the "boys bathroom". I can't wait to see how you design it all! 💙
Absolutely loving the new apartment 😍😍😍 I think you should keep the Master bedroom and put the kids in smaller rooms. Putting all 4 in one might make them have very little privacy and sometimes kids like their quiet alone time. I agree; girls can share a room, and the second bathroom. Levi can have his own room, and could share the master bathroom with Oscar if they wanted since there's so much space, and Levi is getting older. Happy for Oscar

I never meant that it’s wrong of Oscar to sacrifice the master bedroom. I didn’t make my comments make sense that was my fault. I shouldn’t have made it into a big deal. I’ve been watching Oscar and Krya since Levi was a newborn baby. They are both wonderful parents. Oscar is an amazing dad 💙 His girls are going to love their new huge bedroom and bathroom 💕💕💕
Looks amazing! I'd give the master to the girls, then Levi can have his own room and then you take the one closest to the livingroom- so you don't risk waking them up 😁
Agree!!!! The girls would have plenty of room for their clothes and accessories while still giving privacy to Levi who is older. Oscar probably doesn't need a walk in closet either.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, I really love the aesthetic. I would suggest putting Alaya,Avery, and Tiny in the master !! Levi would still get his own room I’m assuming lol but it would make sense for the girlies all to share especially when their a little older you wouldn’t have to worry about changing things up !!So proud of you, your truly an amazing dad/person ❤️🥰
If anything, the girls could share the primary bedroom and Levi could have his own room. But, forward thinking, if you do decide to date and she sleeps over, I'm sure she would appreciate the primary as well. Just a thought! 😊

Seems fitting and it’s at the end of the hall so when visitors come over all you need is to shut the door to hide the mess haha & it would be one big area they’ll need to keep clean together 😂

Totally agree, Oscar continues to always be the bigger person make great responsible choices for his children. not trying to impress anyone with lavish rental homes or fake body images. Love his videos, he worked so had to build his first RU-vid channel, had to give that up. Happy to see he is going to have the same success with his current channel. I think you should put the girls in master, levy one one small room and you in the other small room :) Also, I think you should put the dinning room by the patio door. And the couch right in front of the kitchen with the tv hanging in between the two windows

Definitely think Levi needs to have his own room. He is your only boy and it’s getting to that age where he shouldn’t be sleeping in the same room as his sisters. Just a tip Avery and alaya share a room auro sleeps with you. She’s literally still a toddler
I think you should put the girls in the master bedroom. You can do bunk beds for the smaller ones and do a nice single bed for Sissy. Also, it will be more appropriate they share a bathroom than having to share with boys. You and Levi can have your own rooms. Keep it up Oscar. You’re getting there, slowly but surely!! Congrats on accomplishing this first milestone on your own.
I think you and Levi should get the smaller bedrooms and the girls get the master. That’s just how I’d do it. I’m sure you’ll make it work however you choose. 😊
