Keep in mind frame rate on camera can mess that up. Right frame rate you can have a leaky faucet and on video looks like water flows backwards.

A few suggestions. - I highly recommend using an induction cooktop instead of the gas one. It's like Tesla vs. ICE. - Solar panels would likely save you money. - If power outages are a thing in that area, you should consider a Powerwall or two.

Bitcoin investment is actually really profitable. But getting a reliable broker to invest with is quite difficult. I have been a victim of scam before and so I find it difficult to trust anyone

Neutral interior looks pleasing to the eye. I like the floor tiles. Good location. There's a bit of an echo though in office. Maybe you could use a better mic or sound system to get that clearer voice and message across. Keep at it, good job Jeremy!

I'm sorry, you overpaid for that house. the master bathroom shower is not sufficient (it needs a bench and some width). the backyard is to small for entertaining. and you will have to watch out for golf balls constantly

2000sf homes in Vistancia cost less than 590k, a simple google search is all you need to figure that out. seem like over pay. there is at least 100k negative equity on this house

Wow when I first started watching your videos in 2018 you were doing them out of a apartment lol It's amazing how fast you went from 0 to 100 mph!!! Congrats on the new place, and building another in Vegas! We have the Samsung smart Fridge, with large screen on the outside, super glitchy, freezes at least once a month, connection to phone app / reset login about every 2 weeks, but when it works right, it is awesome!, and the freezer and fridge keep a good temp and the cameras inside work well, but all the app and connections are glitchy. I recommend LG appliances, no issues with connectivity to apps, we have LG Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher. Also, btw, why do you call your bathrooms "restrooms?" i usually think of restrooms as public places, just curious where that comes from?

Congratulations on you new house. With regards to your Samsung products. All my relatives that have owned that product have had problems with them. Frigidare or GE are better. Regarding the house itself it is nice and lovely. The only thing that I didn't like was the drywall finished. It was new in the 70s, 80s etc. But now day they use the smooth finish (Orange peel).

Samsung appliances are no good. Wife and I used to work for home depot and Lowes. Most kitchen appliances are manufactured in Mexico and the quality control is no good. We've always had customers come back in with issues

A lot of issues with Samsung washer and dryer in the reviews. Only way I know is because I was recently shopping for one. Return it! Get a maytag, they're the best!! Anyways great video lol

Nice home and congratulations. I have problems with the ice maker on my samsung fridge, even after replacing the ice maker, I do use the ice maker alot, almost everyday. No problems with the samsung washer and dryer.

We bought Samsung Appliances. We had issues with our top loader laundry, as this would get jammed and stuck, but we bought everything through Costco and we were able to take it back after 2 months and decided to get a side loader instead and jo jam issues. I have the self cleaning however.
