1st, that wasn't the worst gym. You probably need some thicker skin, and if I remember correctly, you were missing a lot. 2nd, If you want to get good, you gotta play in the "trenches." If things don't go your way, you come back tomorrow and run it back. 3rd, if you don't want to get hurt, improve your I.Q. skills so you can know when to drive, when to shoot, and when to pass. In my experience, you're more likely to get hurt when you play "carefully." Think about not getting hurt usually leads to getting hurt. Playing smart, you'll start to instinctively know how to move so you won't get hurt without thinking about it. Last, it's basketball. You're going to have bumps and bruises.
