It's funny how there's pretty much a whole community of people that...we just like to watch people dye their hair LOL. I can spend hours just watching videos like this, people in their bathroom, dying their hair. It's kind of relaxing, I don't know why.

If you want to mix hair colors, the better is a plastic bowl. With iron, it can oxidizes and change the colors (even ruining it) be careful, happy it worked for you anyway !

That's for oxidative dyes. Not direct dyes. It doesn't apply to her situation.

+princessmei actually the problem was the green as a base colour! RED AND GREEN cancel each other out! thats why it almost looked like a black/normal colour. Next time try striping the colour out a little bit first! :3

Red tones actually cancel out green tones so this might fade out pretty well

I feel like she added a little too much red o3o You would want to add a decent amount of red cause yes, the green wouldn't cancel out and it probably would've rinsed out to or eventually faded to something blueish. But now it looks almost like a deep raspberry >~< Im sure it'll fade decently though. She still looks cute nonetheless

+Anna Banana yeah I know! I dyed a very diluted tulip cover over my mintblonde hair (couldnt get rid of the green for foreveeer) and my hair was very pink for like 3 washes, then I intentionally washed it out and it was pretty much white. I just thought that she might be concerned about the fading process of the dye with every hairwash since she didnt let the green fade properly

+Julia L. You are certainly not wrong! a made a video a whole ago testing out this theory when I had faded atomic turquoise in my hair that faded to a green colour very similar to this. I ended up using Fuchsia Ion Colour Brilliance, but only used the red undertones in the fuchsia itself and basically crossed my fingers and hoped for the best lol. It surprisingly ended up turning my hair into a rich plum/purple colour. and faded to a lavender/blonde :)

everyone always says how cute you are. haha. I'd be silly not to agree but that word reminds me of puppies and kittens. i wanted to say when you pushed your bangs back you looked really pretty. usually w bangs i feel its either you need them or you dont. you could easily pull off either.

I absolutely adore your hair, it's gorgeous. I think that no matter what colour you choose to dye it, it'll always turn out nicely. I think that this particular colour is my favorite so far, other than the green we got so used to. The colour makes me so happy!!

That color looks amazing on you! I tend to favor blues and purples in my hair, and I've always had the experience of them turning out darker than expected. But they always fade very nice because of that.

I love that color! That's what my hair looks like when I dye it purple, I have dark brown hair naturally and it gives me a really pretty dark purple that looks almost black in some lighting.

Have you tried Artic Fox hair dye. It's vegan and CF. Also, the founder is a RU-vidr and you can see her demonstrate the hair color on her own hair.

I love that it came out dark! It's a nice contrast and compliments your complexion. Plus, with each wash it will gradually lighten so you'll have many shades to enjoy :) I haven't dyed my hair in ages but I remember it being so much fun to play chemist and make some magic in your own bathroom haha (does that sounds weird? lol)

Mine came out similar last time! It faded from dark to lighter medium quickly, then lasted long so don't worry! You look great!

I always use "Directions" hair dye. They have a wide rage of bright and fantasia colors, plus they're vegan and don't test on animals ^-^

Ion Color Brilliance is also vegan and doesn't test on animals, too. And it's able to be bought in the US from stores, unlike Directions.

Blue and green are the hardest colors to take out of your hair, even with the dye stripping products. I have heard you can cover green with red because they cancel each other out. Another fun fact for ppl reading this, use green concealer (yes it's a thing) and cover pimples then go over with foundation for it to disappear!! ;) btw you're so cute omg you legit look like a kitten
