I’m glad your dad’s okay. My sister has got a heart condition and she’s on a lot of medication and it’s not easy. She got diagnosed at 47 and it’s not great because I worry about her because she’s constantly not well, but she’s had stents in, but some people are fine some or not, but my sister is not that great because she smokes but your dad is the sweetest xx

I love watching your videos 😊 been watching them for years, when you used to stay at your mums so weird you litterally said you used to use this product when I used to stay at my mams as I was typing that lol. Also for the dogs - Tescos have a portable bowl for dogs you can attach it to leash. I always take mines I have a pug and she gets thirsty on long walks, it’s at the £1 section in Tescos - saying that nothings £1 anymore! Lol xx

Aww sorry to hear about your dad Demi but glad he is on the road to recovery 😀I can relate to him I thought what I had was heartburn/food poisoning one night went to the doctors a couple of weeks later and was sent straight to the hospital had a few tests including an ECG which showed abnormalities had another which showed the same told me I’d had a mild heart attack 😔sent me for an X-ray which showed up a blocked valve thinking back to the night which I thought was heartburn was me having a mild heart attack and the scarey thing was I didn’t even know 😫I thought cos I had pains in my back shoulders and stomach and a dry mouth I thought I had eaten something that was maybe going off hence the food poisoning I have now had to change my lifestyle I was also told I had hypertension which I didn’t know I had which is a silent killer now on statins and BP tablets and waiting on word to get a stent fitted 😩 you never know the minute I know it isn’t easy but tell your dad not to get too stressed out and anxious and take things easy 🥰

My mum had 2 stents and it’s so painful but it’s that or open heart surgery so she went for the stents but she was in hospital a while but it couldn’t be avoided she’s a type one diabetic and you can’t beat a incurable long term disease x

My mum had a silent heart attack in 2015. It took a week for it to be picked up on, she was throwing up green bile and just didn't feel right at all and went to the hospital to be told she'd had a heart attack.

Not to scare you Demi but your Dad needs to take everything slow even like you said with physical stuff as it can put a physical strain on your heart. There’s a one in two chance of having another heart attack within the first year . X

Hi lovely so just watched this and had to say my ex husband was a bodybuilder as was I at this time but the size was huge as you could imagine he was horrible like you couldn't imagine one day he picked me up by my neck and lifted me up over our 3 storey staircase where we use to live and he let go he broke my back and 3 ribs he came down stairs after I landed and he stepped over me and walked out my eldest son found me rang 999 and I'd had 3 heart attacks before I'd got to hospital so you can guess why he is my ex and my husband now was my first ever boyfriend we never got past each other and yeah happy as pigs in poop yes I have a lot of disabilities now but still happy and loving life your dad is gonna be ok in time but it does take time but he is in good hands with you tell him I said hello and give him a big hug from me xxxx

Try having a nice hot shower first thing when you get up. I swear by it wakes me up and I feel nice and fresh and I do the skin care and get ready and dressed
