Absolutely top notch. I know how much work it is to put a display like that together. No one deserves a space like that more then you my friend. Your happy place.
New carpet no shoes... That is taking it to the extreme. Nice to see you have more space... Biggest problem is your buy more kits.. Keep up the good work.
My dad took me to toyworld and made me play on the trampolines out the front.he came out with a big lot of stuff.i was 6.he introduced me to the hornet after his secretive dealings in the car park.i wish I had your repertoire of cars.
You need to make shirts that say "if I'm honest" 😂 😂 as you catchphrase. Studio looks great BTW. I like the deep green carpet, makes the space look really special on camera
Im so loving and hating you right now lol but you inspire folks that anything is possible one day all of mine will be out the storage and into my own man cave respect Glenn
Thanks for taking us for the grand tour Glenn. Well deserved and now the move has been put behind you, you can get on with punching out great content. Iam sure you'll test and adjust things the way you need to over time. I like it.
Love it Glen. Made up for ya lad. Some of that box art behind your desk {the lower one's} can't really be seen on camera when you are doing your video's. The rest of it is fantastic.
wow..looks like a sweet RC car shop mate 28:45, ave' some track lights to highlight the boxes at the top, unlit rc cars at the bottom rows, & the poster walls (32:50 ok you got the idea), an ultima, javelin, optima mid, & an INFERNO MP10Te will do for me, plus a couple of 200mph RC cars, p.s. wall to wall carpet is archaic & looks ephemeral - may I suggest for later some engineered hardwood flooring for a more refined, calm, & enduring feel; or slate stone tiles which exudes strength & value, plus some snake plants here & there - extremely little care needed & great for breathing (indoor plants help make the room look less 'busy' too 26:20)
Looking good. If it was me I’d go for the old beatties model shop style and have a few more shelves in the middle with the nib kits sat at an angle in a row and have a small 2 in 1 tv DVD player playing the old Tamiya promo videos . Maybe a small cash register as well but that might be overkill lol I’d also have one cabinet with a motorised rotating display stand for your best car (avante) to display You might as well start a shop now you have that lol.
Well Glenn...what an incredible hobby room. You have obviously worked your arse off to get where you are...mate you absolutely deserve that view from your table....good job my friend....👍🇬🇧😎
Turned out really nice, my office/hobby room has all of my models and rc’s with all of my automotive memorabilia. It takes a long time to get everything just right, and to where things aren’t crowded and have their own place.
Wow Glen!!! That does look like a 80’s rc store!!! My hobby room doesn’t look like that!! Great job! All those years of hard work came to this! Amazing buddy!
So jealous , this is a fantastic room Glen. Really wish I kept up with collecting as a child onwards. Sold a Hotnet, Super Astute, Mazda 787b and so regret it now. I have recently got back into collecting but only have a Fire Dragon, Lunchbox, Sand Viper ( which is such an amazing car ) and the classic Hotshot. There are so many I would love to get including the Hornet , which is the car that got me into this hobby. Watching your videos gives me so much happiness and memories of good times I had as a child with these cars. Thankyou Glen. Darren Furlong.
Watching this video I need to work on my hobby room 😆 you have room to expand in the new room for sure and you can even add a second table in the center of the room for storage or more kits to display if the time came.
Looking at some of them models brought back great memories of my childhood. Had the opel calibre when I was a kid and the grass hopper and escort wrc. Just brought another tamiya wrc escort for my little lad so we can have fun together on the rc cars. Brings back great times.
Absolutely amazing, I'm so jealous. What make it even more special is when you look at your older/original videos and how far you've come. Keep it up, I love the videos.
I was hoping you would do a video on the studio move. This was a great watch, and thanks for taking the time to do it. Such a cool layout, Id be well chuffed to have that view. Just a testament to the hard work and the true genuine passion you have for this hobby. Well done mate. Nick
