My Spring Night Time Routine ❤
It's been a while since we caught up via vlog over night time rituals and updated habit chats. Let me know if you guys want an updated morning one as well, and in the meantime, I'll be filming the many GYST videos to come ❤

DOG LOVERS: I'm always really curious about what you're feeding Bentley and things like that. I'd love to make my own meals for my dogs. You should do a video dedicated just to Bentley and HIS routine! (:

Each dog will have different needs. Best to talk with your vet / do research before making your own food. However, it still would be awesome to see Bentley's routine.

So u can’t start off by giving him normal dog food but adding small pieces of carrots and/or broccoli. If u want soak his dog food in 2-3 tbsp of warm water 10 mins before he eats, feed him some virgin coconut oil and see if he likes it so u can add 2 tbsp of that to his food. U can also add some scrambled eggs in but pls ask ur vet if your dog can eat this stuff (MOSTLY THEY CAN/DEPENDS ON AGE ND BREED) u can add in parsley and mint also some seeds like flax seeds, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds. Coconut milk or non-dairy milk can also be added to his/her food but not sure if they’d like it. For treats and desert PEANUT BUTTER is amazing as long as it doesn’t contain xylitol and chocolate (FEED IN LESS FREQUENT AMOUNTS) Turmeric is also great for dogs but don’t feed to much also can add kale sprouts and Greek yogurt DONT FEED UR DOG DAIRY, GLUTEN, CHOCOLATE, GRAPES, RASINS so yeah (((((((CoNsuLt WitH YouR VeT!)))))))

Thank you for showing us a bit of Toronto as well as Bentley’s walk - would have loved to have seen more. We all love seeing Bentley in your vlogs! Sometimes the most interesting things are the ones that probably seem the most mundane to you! 😊 Your daily living, dog walks and play, your local area and just the things you get up to on a regular basis are the ones we can all relate to and often most enjoy watching. I really liked this one and my only complaint is that it wasn’t longer. 20 - 30 min is a good vlog length although I appreciate not all topics can be stretched quite that long. It also means your videos will come up when ppl search for vlogs of 20+ min. Vlogs under 10 min really do feel disappointingly short - although I do appreciate the quality of the shots you include. 😊

My bestfriend and I are going to Toronto next month, and we both are so excited. We have a list of things we want to do, but I hope we don't miss anything. And I don't even know what to pack weather-wise. It's towards the end of April, so I'm thinking bring jackets for sure.
