This really works wonders ...I hv dry skin n I could clearly see those white dry spots but after following this routine only once at night and it shows just incredible results coz when I woke up I didn't see any dry spots plus my skin was very healthy and soft too. I just started watching your videos, made the reetha shampoo, ordering ingredients to make soap powder mixture and face wash I have been using a mixture of Shea butter, coconut oil, castor oil, vit E oil on my whole body and hair during night. It is really nice , made my skin clear and glowy.

Essential oils are very concentrated. It's not recommended to use 2 drops of essential oil with 2 drops of coconut oil. At least one tea spoon of coconut oil must be there.

Hello Prerna Di! I am a teenager and was facing issue of dryness with pimples. And usually during winters, the acne increases. It's weird and I was very confused on what to do. I rarely use any chemical face wash and when I feel like it needs deep cleaning I use besan, turmeric, rose water and curd face pack and sometimes I add multani mitti too (during summers). And now I am using a moisturiser that is given by you and I love it. Aapke kehne pe I used oil on my face yesterday night and I absolutely loved how my skin was early morning tho there was a very tiny bump with white spot on it near my lip but that's absolutely fine! I love your remedies. Also I live in Rajasthan and I have used musturd oil like forever. When I was a baby my mom used to apply only olive and musturd oil in my hair. Coconut never worked for me. Even for moisturising body, most of the times it's musturd oil. It has been more than 50 years, my papa never used any other oil. @@AyushiSingh-hs2ep I have oily scalp and as per Prerna Di's recommendation I started oiling my hair so as to regulate my oil secretion. I heat coconut oil and mustard oil together. I add aloe vera gel to this mixture and apply this all over my hair.
