Yes - these are my videos - ideas on how to look after myself. I am bedbound and so movements are a bit of an issue, so I watch the gym based videos and sign - but these videos are the ones I love most - shopping and nice things to look after myself with lol and on saying that I love yoga on the balcony = go figure

A little life was the longest book i have ever read in english, it took me 2 month 🤣, its good but for me it was a very hard read. After it i read Harry Potter to pick my self up.
