My favorite part of my day is getting ready! I work 12hr shifts as an RN. I was a med/srug RN for two years, currently a NICU RN for almost two years. I have worked night shift for almost four years. I ALWAYS wear a full face of makeup to work simply because I find it therapeutic to do my makeup. This is a makeup routine I use to help my makeup last a long 12hr shift... even with oily skin. I do not recommend wearing makeup for 12hrs if you have the choice not to. This routine can be worn for anyone who has oily skin and wants their makeup to last. The setting powder I use by Lorac is not for pictures :) THERE IS A HORRIBLE FLASHBACK! but the powder does keep my skin matte. I use both affordable and high-end makeup to achieve this look.
