I’m usually not a fan of clear and chrome headlights but those look killer on that truck!

You should try out some switch back leds in the turn signals, white running lights 👍🏼👍🏼

Its called a header panel. Easier when you take grill off then header with headlights on it then bumper last

You know... if you love those clips you’ll love a Ford Thunderbird. I once had to take the front clip off one. If the stud coming from the light housing breaks, off with the clip to get a saw in there.

The OBS looks so much better with the new headlight and signal assemblies! Looking forward to seeing it with the LEDs in them.

That part that runs the width of the truck is called a Header Panel, if you're looking to replace it you can usually find em' brand new from an auto parts store for about $50-60, gives an added layer of security for your headlights.

You can also use snap ring pliers to open the clips on the headlights CP also sells the kit to fix the door handle

That looks freaking awesome. A lot of times they look super cheap but those look great.

Looks like you could use snap ring pliers to spread those clips apart

You can take the whole headlight assembly out the black part that holds the headlight grill etc and get to the clips a lot easier I think it’s like 6-8 bolts

To aim new lights park outside your warehouse in dark with lights on 20 or 30 feet away and aim up down side to side will make it easy. And alot better light patterns

Angled snap ring pliers looks like they would work on the clips

Get the billet obs door handles. They don’t break lol. If you can’t find them look at skoop’s (CJ’s) insta he has them on his truck and they’re not one-off.

That made a huge difference for the old obs Ford you got.

On the clips, ninety degree snap ring pliers work the best. That’s what I did on mine and it got done in less than five minutes. As for the bottom one I stuck some wire down in it and pull it apart.

I’ve order so much from them and love them, they also have billet door handles along with metal plates that help from the handles always getting broken

For your door handle problem. In the mid to late 80's fords they have metal door handles. Or I believe you have enough resources to make one of your own.

They sell all metal replacement door handles, I was having the same issue where I would break in about every month. The metal ones are great and I’ve had it for about 6 months and haven’t broken it yet!

Get the door reinforcement plates from cp addict and then the billet handles for look. Its not the handles fault that it breaks. Its the door not being sturdy enough!

I took some needle nose plyers to that bottom clip putting through the side hole and barely grabbing ahold of it and they sell them clips at any auto parts store

I have a 96 bronco when I changed out my lights I took out the grille then 10 8mm nuts I guess you can say and it's the black plastic header behind the grille that pulls all the way out and you can take out all the clips easily but adjust your headlights before putting everything back together I learned the hard way lol

Chrome and white go good together I’ve noticed recently

I run the same set and I love them! I even put 2 led pods in the front bumper in the 4 little slots

Get some LEDs & switchback turn signals with some resistors just in case. Them side makers & bezel suck... the clips are worst but most people use the adjustment rod sticking up from the bottom bracket on the head light and reverse it till it pops off then reuse the part you cut off on the first headlight That black plastic part that goes all the way across is called a *header panel* The same adjustment rod you cut off just the bottom corner of the light It’s all the same on my 93 bronco

Snap ring pliers works for spreading those clips. I have a 95 f350 powerstroke and have replaced my headlights.

You should make some work for it pocket knifes, but not just any pocket knife, do the style with a razor blade that you can buy new blades at Home Depot and replace the blades as they dull down. Idk how easy that would be for you to make but I just think it would be cool to have one of those with the workforit logo on there

Hey Ryno, need to buy this stuff called "Never Dull" and use that on your grill chrome. That stuff will make it shine upfront.

Dude I got the same headlights from CP Addict! Definitely a very awesome and reputable company! I haven’t yet put the lights in yet because I’ve been out farming #workforit but my obs is gonna be painted here soon and that’s when they’ll go in!

If you use long needle nose plyers and grab the middle of the clip and pull it's easy and I've never broke any clips on my 94 96 99 or my 03

Use the interior handle off a 80s model like 86 or something they bolt on the same and they are metal instead of plastic

thanks bc i own a OBS and i didnt want to spend a lot of money for that tool so that helps me out a lot

I feel for you ryan. I switched out my headlights on my 1998 gmc k1500. It's amazing what new headlights do. I didn't have that kind of hassle

Get metal door handles they cost a lot more but there worth it I had them on my 94 Ford F-150 and they are sturdy as heck I even tried breaking them and couldn’t😂I payed 40 bucks for both of mine

Front looks badd ass on the obs. You should do some custom tow mirrors

You have to take the whole piece off, you don’t have to finagle into the back to get the pieces off

I think if your going to start doin cosmetic upgrades you should probably take the trim off the side of the passenger side so you don’t have one side without trim and one side with trim. 🤦🏼‍♂️
