Would've loved to see the first and last levels in the editor for this one. The first level had a WR of 20 seconds, and Ryu barely made it under 50. I'd love to know how many dev stars were in that last one.

At 15:25 ryu said "jerked off" as he was exasperated and that was the first words that came to mind. So to summarize, the chain chop jerked in a way that throw ryu off center, jerked off.

Am I the only one who's disappointed that the creator of that last level actually put dev stars all over the place because he otherwise couldn't beat his own level and post it online? Would've loved to see if Ryu could beat it without the stars.

Great run! That "world record strat" level looked like a garbage level at first, but it actually turned out to be a pleasant surprise! That last Chain Chomp level, though...yikes! It really sucks when a creator makes a haphazardly challenging level that can be completely neutered with a random hidden power-up. It just cheapens the entire experience!

10:07 can someone please explain to me how many hits you can take with the cape. I‘m always wondering but never played Mario Maker. Do you lose any abilty with the first hit?
if you're flying, you just lose flight and get invincibility frames (i-frames). if you're not flying, you can still only take 1 hit like any other time before you become super mario and another hit before you become normal mario and another hit before you're dead. if you can get flight after taking the first flying hit while you're in i-frames, you can keep flying perpetually.
