You need to learn how to control the wing properly when launching. You just seem to be yanking on the brakes with no control of the A's or using the B's to control inflation when it's windy.
No more A's needed in these windspeeds of 25-30k. Using the C's would have helped sometimes sure - still learning anytime:) Anyway - the problem was always just me slipping on the snowy ground.
