My Pauper Jeskai Ephemerate Deck List 

Murmuring mystic gives you tokens to attack with, you can attack with mulldrifter/auger of bolas, some builds will have you recur lightning bolt with archaeomancer, some builds play Kenku Artificer to make your bridgelands indestructible 4/4s, some builds play guttersnipe, etc etc. My own jeskai ephemerate deck runs 1x guttersnipe and 4x lightning bolt, but the win con varies slightly between decks

I was wondering the same thing, even with the explanation its just a card draw engine but I can't imagine worrying about this deck in a competitive setting... But hey! That's how they getcha

@wademiller2376 I'll make no claims that it's T1 hahahaha, you pretty much have to worry about it as much as most other non-black control style decks like Fams or Delver (is delver even still a thing? Lol)

​@@wademiller2376well its currently number 3 on the trophy list on MTGO and its allways been like T 1.5ish The main thing that hasnt been mentioned is Ephemerate on Archeomancer is recursive (assuming mancer doesn't get removed) as you get one card back immediately than with rebound you get the emphemerate back. So with the Archeomancer, Mystic, and Emphemerate you are drawing 2 and making 2 evasive 1/1s for 1 white mana

If you target your own indestructible land with cleansing wildfire, the land is not destroyed but the spell doesn't need to see a land actually get destroyed to search for a basic and draw a card

It has no power and milling yourself isn't always good. And flickering doesn't work with counters

You don’t think self milling is helpful in an archeomancer deck? Also archeologist can get something like a Relic post sb
