Ughh to be a doctor is already a great bonus, how much more when you can do training in the US? Yassss, you are rockin' it Doc Aura. You can surely nail FaMed, it's the residency I could also think in the Philippines since there is an integration of FaMed and DTTB by the DOH here. Hehehe, pero ang dami kong satsat 'di pa pala ako sa med school. :)

Doc, pag tapos ka na sa residency mo, mag specialize ka sa psych. Tsaka transfer ka dito SoCal. Nasa emergency psych ako as an RN for 14 yrs at maraming pinoy dito na psychiatrist. Lalo na sa gabi. Madali lang trabaho pero malaking sweldo. Hehe.

And also to our current situation, Is it best to study alone or join a group study? Btw, Can you also give an insight to what sonographers are in the philippines. Doc, when you already finished your residency in foreign country, can you practice in their hospital? And i saw few doctors taking up their residency abroad, that does differ from the residency here in PH?

The hospitals should be willing to sponsor the visa. Most hospitals don't because they don't want to deal with the paperwork, and those who do, make it really tough to qualify. If they get lucky, they will be practicing in rural areas. Lots of doctors who emigrated in the US from the Philippines either end up as nurses or study again. It took my friend (and pre-med classmate) 20 years to get hired as a doctor even when she was already a doctor in the Philippines and a US resident. She had to almost re-learn everything. USA is known to be so tough on the requirements. Additional tests and course units one should pass. Even going to med school is hard for US citizens to qualify even with great stats so much more foreigners. But, it can happen...just be patient.

Doc, there’s an article released by a Department (that examines or approved makeup, etc) here in the PH that says, sprays like that (from Fresh Formula) with SPF doesn’t guarantee the protection from the sun. Like that hehe
