all your tips are really good, followed your tips and started doing oiling as you said regularly. i am using blend of many oils like almond, castor, coconut and bhringraj. dont have time to mix everything so i bought coco onion hair oil from the brand littleextra and it is working for my hair well. started using recently but i can see the difference in the texture of my hair.

If I have to be 200% honest, coconut oil and massaging definitely helps, I've noticed little hair growth and hair texture improvement but been doing this for several months now consistently, but you definitely can't get results in a week or a month, that's just overly exaggerated..... Whatever routine you are on, you just have to be consistent... But definitely oiling, massaging and proper diet plus supplements will show results when done all together constantly, but again it'll take a while to see results.... Don't expect miracles!!!

Basically our hairs are proteins that need nutrition from within... important protein ,vitamins helps greatly...if u are finding about regaining your hair yes it is possible...you can rely on essential oils, olive or any natural oil depending on area you are living in, washing hairs with reetha*, aloe vera massage, ginger extract massage....these things greatly greatly help..happy growing 🌼

Y not...it needs gooseberry,and its powder,henna leaves or powder, hibiscus flower and it leaves, Neem leaves,fresh aleovera,curryleaves,Fenugreek seeds,false daisy.grind it well till it becomes paste texture.and add coconut oil and this mixture.mix atleast for 3-4hours and filter it that's it...

If we are having split ends, should then also should we trim it only once in three months. Isn't it bad for split ends. Also is there any problem if I do home hair spa as I had heard that oiling and doing this spa may help you overcome split ends. Plz reply
