The Collar relies on GPS Signals from the sky above. Wooded areas does effect the GPS signal so if its very heavy woods area would not recommend for your environment. These units are great for farm and outdoor clear areas. Thank you
@@TheObsessedPatriot The first unit I had couldn't pick up a signal even if I stood on the roof of the barn, I complained and they sent me a new one. The second one worked. During the testing I did I was hoping for an alarm/vibrate to commence some time/distance before the shock. This however was not the case, it did all 3 simultaneously. I was hoping that I could teach my dog to "come home" when the beeping and vibrating started with a punishment of a shock later if he did not. I didn't like that this was the case so I stopped testing at that point. I did not want to run the risk of zapping my dog to hell just because of a border drift or the risk of a loss of signal.
Plug into your Charger to Charge. After That:- Go to the Centre position of your circle outdoors. You can only do this at your physical centre position location. Only Once you are at your centre position, Delete the centre position coordinates by pressing and holding down the M button and the on/off Button simultaneously for a few seconds. Once you have done that you will see the lock LED icon on the bottom left of the screen goes OFF which indicates there is no Centre position. Once you see the LOCK ICON is not Lit UP give it a few minutes to lock onto satellites and program centre coordinates. When its Programming the Centre Co-Ordinates you will see 4 Bars across the screen and Once Centre Coordinates are programmed again, the Lock LED will be lit again.
