wow, never saw service who fixes device in front of customers. I think that's really great for us customers to learn and know new things. My experience with the MI Service Center is surprisingly really good (except the phone 😅). I have been to MI service center 3 times and all the times my device was repaired same day.

This is great, but the fact that he is Technical Guruji means that he will get special treatment and will be given a priority no matter where he goes. A good idea will be to send a team member undercover and see what kind of process it is then.

#TGFamily - This was a very different video and I'm pleasantly surprised that Vivo is providing this level of service. Hopefully it's the same case in every service centre across India. Because this would be a great brand building point for Vivo. I speak from experience because of the exact opposite that happened to me with Redmi about a year ago. Calling their service terrible would be an understatement. Redmi could learn a thing or two from Vivo about how to deal with customers.
Bro Don't expect The Same Experience My Dad Had Vivo v15 pro Battery Bulged Ho Gya Tha Uska Phone was Under Warranty And It Was Never Dropped As Well.We Called And They Booked The Appointment.The Phone Was Having Screen Flickering Issues Due To Battery When My Number Came They Told Me To Be Outside And Don't Go In And Then The Service Boy Comes To Me And Tells Me That Your Phone Has MotherBoard Issue It will Take 12k To Replace Motherboard.I Tooked The Phone Home And It Was Not Turning Onn From When He Opened.I Tooked It Home And Then I Just Told My Brother To Open It Because He Repairs Phones Do I Told Him Lets See Whats Wrong And Boom Bro They Replaced The Whole Housing With Display Though They Repaired The Battery But He Broked The Display Strap And Thats Why The Display Was Not Turning.I Wish I Had SomeOne With Me At That Time To Shoot I Would Have Gone Full Charged On Them.That Day I And My Dad Tooked Oath That We Will Never Buy Vivo Phones......

Vivo is undoubtedly most durable phone. I have bought vivo z1 pro in 2019 and it is still going good . I have used it verry roughly. The phone have gone through 3 times water damage infinite times drops but still phone is holding up like champ
