I have a right shoulder injury and I decided to learn to play with my left arm... and I nailed my left forehand drive following Emily's technique... the left volley is a different story... Thanks. Great video.

EXCELLENT.....CLEAR....USEFUL. I played better this AM after watching this clip. Also, began to use a 2-handed BH and 2-handed stance at the net. Made a big difference in my defense. . Big Thx, Emily! You rock.

Rec plays cannot do a third shot drop just standing stationary and trying to throw the ball landing effectively in the kitchen. Imagine them in the heat of battle using a paddle. Practice? We have jobs, a life and just barely enough time to play the game.
