Hey Guys! Today's video is my 2021 planner flip through of my Big 8 1/2 x 11 Frankenplanner. I'm so excited to jump into this planner for 2021. I finally have planner peace
I saw this post and thought that I'm happy to see that I'm not the only one who had this cross my mind....several times. I struggle with going into stores (pre pandemic issue) but I braved Michael's. I went during business hours and it was not very crowded so, I spent an hour getting what I could remember. I pulled up a couple videos to check what I needed. My store doesn't carry all of the items so, I've ordered them!
This is really cool and informative. I am currently planning my setup for my planner and I got a lot of ideas. I must admit, it would be super cool if you could walk us through a blank or mock version of your "Work" section so we can get an idea of how you manage that. I am very curious about how it might be slightly different from your other sections and have other ideas we can use.
This was amazing! I’m always so curious about how you manage having different planners for different areas of your life and now I’m convinced I need to do the same
Your video is excellent!. It is the first one I've really seen that uses the planner to plan rather than a scrapbook. Most of the videos I've seen was how to decorate your planner rather than using it to achieve your goals or complete your tasks Great job.
As a newbie to your channel, I really appreciate how your content will support me staying on task with managing my business and finishing school. Thank you for sharing 🖤🧡
Blessings Ty for the love I appreciate you this was awesome I enjoyed this planner happy new year @TheOrganizedMoney let your cup stay on overflow with blessings hugs with love on love
Thank you so much for hosting this wonderful series, Alaina! I'm so excited I've stumbled upon your channel; the tips you've provided throughout the videos will help me continue to have consistency with my paper planners in 2021. Happy Holidays!
I love your organizational skills. I am known for sometimes being too OCD about keeping everything organized. I recently (about 6 months ago) got into wanting to start organizing everything differently, including budgeting. I checked out so many different planners and checked out how some are using their on RU-vid. Which could be overwhelming 🙂however, I plan on doing what I want in the end. With that being said, I have several I like, your process being number one. I really love this set up. 👍🏽 My daughter got me Trina Turk Daily & Monthly Planner as a gift for 2020. I used all of the monthly calendars, and made some notes to the daily pages, however, I still have a quiet few blank daily pages unused. To use the unused sections I set up a break down list as “2020 Planning Calendar Quick Notes Section Set-Up’s”. I couldn’t find the same calendar for 2021, I love the Day Designer calendars, so I purchased a daily and monthly. Starting the map out 2021 and use the 2020 to finish the unused sections seems like a lot going back and forth. Have you by the end of the year, not used your whole calendar? If so, how did you use your unused pages? I also purchased a budget planner for the first time, I m not sure yet if it is going to meet my needs yet, but I am willing to see if it will be better than the process I’ve used.
I received my planner yesterday!! Thank you soooo much!! I absolutely love it!!! Thank you for sending it out so quickly. I didn’t think I would receive it by January 1st.. Thanks again🥰
Hey Ms. Alaina! I really appreciate this video - I purchased a TUL notebook several weeks ago and I am setting it up for my financial planning and debt tracking for 2021. I didn't think about using a Table Of Contents page - thanks for the tip! The walk through is really helpful. Merry Christmas!
Alaina! Happy holidays! You're one the reasons why I decided to use more than 1 planner this year. for many years my planner were just trackers for me lol but yeah your videos and ideas are awesome and I am super excited to use them. Just done with my finance planner and looking forward to finish everything this long xmas weekend.
I used to carry my planner and it got too hard. I am down to a wallet/lip gloss/antibacterial but I carry the planner in my work backpack. I kind of miss carrying it!
Thank you for going the full flip through Alaina. This is great!!!! I’m writing a book as well and have decided to use a section of my planner for the word of the day, like your faith verse of the day. It helps to increase the vocabulary (like knowledge of the scriptures). Will you give us the Book Planning download? Thank you again and Merry Christmas 🎄
Do you have a recommendation for a pocket planner? I had a standard tn that I used as a catch all, but that was too heavy and bulky to carry around. And if I don’t have it on me at all times, I won’t use it. Thanks for the video. Love seeing your growth.
First great job! I appreciate how you explain and teach us about planning so we can be more organized and accomplish more! I’m curious do you sale your planner anywhere?
Merry Christmas to you x How do you manage to remember everything throughout the day to add to your brain dump or do you add straight away. Or if you’re away from your planner do you add it to notes in your phone then add to planner in the evening?? Ty
What do you do with the appointment sheets after the year is up? Do you have a file for each family member? I could see those being valuable resources, especially if a family member has a chronic condition that requires frequent appointments.
The happy planner seems popular and comes in letter size (big, 8-1/2" × 11"). Etsy has a lot of printable planner pages too. Depending on how big youd like, you can print them on larger paper if you wanted. Just make sure you have the paper punch for disks (if you want it like hers).
