@@squairdplans yes. I had more than one at one time and I just couldn’t keep it all together. I need one that combines everything esp to do and schedule- my things just overlap too much. And she goes everywhere lol
This is just the video I needed. I have been struggling how to get the most out of my planner and this is a great example of how I can maximize my planning system. Also, it is really nice to see that you are actually using what you decorate. Thanks for sharing!
This is one of the best videos I've seen on organizing sections in your planner! Really needed this as I was trying to figure out how to best order my tabs/sections 😀
I have watched and rewatched this video multiple times...can I be you when I grow up??!! LOL I love the organization for this system, but I'm wondering what do you use for an on-the-go planner?
😆 I have my “adulting” moments but usually I am just working things out, as well. 😜 As for my EDC, I don’t have more than a glorified notebook, where I put shopping lists or errands to run. When I used to commute to work, I’d bring my HP classic planner with me everyday. I need everything together in one planner. That is just how I function best. Plus I hate writing things multiple times…I am not a big fan of redundancy. 😅
Hi Stephanie, I must say that your video left me speachless as I would never have time to build such an elaborate and great system. All your sections with subtile decoration and with practicality are quite amazing. My main struggle being time (I am a MD), I regularly watch your videos for my own pleasure, knowing full well that I will never be able to reach such an amazing result. Congratulations 🎉
Hi Frédérique! If I was a MD, I would NOT have the time for planning that I do, so give yourself some grace. Remember you don’t have to do all things. You can still have a cute and organized planner with a lot less in it. My planner sometimes feels overwhelming even to me, so take what parts work with your life and schedule and leave the rest. Hope that helps. Happy planning! ☺️
Goals! Your planner set up is what I strive for, yet I fall short each year. I think I need to take the time to get fully set up before the new year so that I am not scrambling to make it all work during our busy travel season with my kids sports. Thanks for all the inspiration each week!
All the info is in the description but here are the links to the clear dividers: ▪ 6 Clear Plastic Dividers for HP Classic: amzn.to/3SbIpmS ▪ 4 Clear Plastic Dashboards for HP Classic: amzn.to/3Tzm7fJ
I love your set up and organization. But I love your cover and divider pages the most! 😮The red leaves 🍂 are gorgeous. The autumn quotes are perfect. Bravo. 🙌 did you make those in Canva?
The cover I did make in Canva straight from a premade template. The quotes I made myself on my computer but they could easily be done in Canva as well. The images behind them are all free pics that I grabbed from free stock photo sites. Links to the specific ones I used can be found in the video description of last years fall refresh video. Hope that helps! ☺️👍
It is a slight customization of a habit tracker I carry in my shop: squairdplans.etsy.com/listing/930365217 Reach out to me on Etsy if you would like the customization.
Wow!! What’s scheduling and detail!! I am amazed. Then the non dated pages wow that is all perfect. Thank you for sharing! It reminds me of making an outline each thought has a section and purposes. I only use one planner and I could use some of these ideas. How wonderful. Your handwriting is lovely as well. Thank you for sharing.
What an amazing system, and a great video that gets straight to the point. I was all ready to skip the 2-10 minute intro but it was like 20 seconds. 😆 It's just like your system, efficient and organized. My life is relatively simple so I can get away with two A5 weekly Legend Planners for faith and everything else. They come with great yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly goal planning and review sections, and notes pages at the back for reference items. I add repositionable tabs to flip to the active spreads and I'm good to go. Maybe there's a journal case that could fit both of them but I mostly use them around the house so it's fine that they're separate. I have their wellness planner too but don't use it all the time. I also carry a pocket notebook to brain dump throughout the day and then process that in the evening to wrap up the day. Works for me, but your mega happy whole life planner is a thing of beauty!
Thank you so much for this! I continue to struggle with so many tabs and dividers in my planner, yet finding things is difficult and I forget to fill out the trackers and pages that are important to me. This showed me a whole new way to think about using my dividers! I’m excited to try this out in December so I can hone my system in my 2024 planner. Thank you!!
I really like the not only creative & beautiful but “fonctionnelle”. All in one combine❤❤. Couple years ago you had a pushups challenge - I reach 40 - could not do more on my toes. You reach 50. !🎉 Good work 👍 Like your layouts; thanks for your inspirations. Christine
Your planner is so neat & functional while being beautiful. I like seeing white space. I have seen some filled to the brim. To distracting for my brain.
This is very helpful to see but I assume this stays home at all times. Do you have something that you carry outside and if so how do you coordinate all of it? Thanks for sharing.
Yes I do…sorta. I don’t need a planner that often on the go, but when I do go out and want to remember a list of items or my errand schedule I use my pocket planner/wallet. I did a setup video on it if you want know more. 😁👍
So helpful! At last I can find things in my planner. Printed out your lovely autumn leaf dividers and added overviews to each section and an index at the front. Everything has a sensible location now!😊
@@squairdplans Definitely yes, I have some of your printouts & clear tab dividers I’m using. Thank you for the in-depth explanation on what to do & how. 😊
OK. Am I just being obtuse ? You told us the font and size used for your labels - but what about the labels ? Are you printing them off a sheet of labels through a desktop printer - or are you using a labeling machine, and if so which one ?
I have used a Dymo labeler, Phomemo thermal printer, and most recently my computer. For these labels, I typed out a full page of labels which I printed on a clear label sheet on my laser printer.
My ADHD requires me to be able to view everything related to that month or week in one spread but I love your idea of a decorative seasonal bucket list! I also keep note paper and extra sections for notes/projects. Are the dividers made from the Dollar Tree cutting boards?
Not the ones I have currently in my planner, but they could easily be created from Dollar Tree cutting mats if you want to DIY. They are about the same material and weight as the ones I purchased.
At the beginning (minute 3ish), you have a year calendar with the month on the top of the page with lines under each month. Did you make that calendar? I really like it. Plus this video is awesome

I loved how your organized your planner, one question, with the reverse tabs how are the words not reversed too? Are the words stickers, if yes did you make them, they were amazing ❤
Beautiful! Just beautiful! I can see why GTD works for you! Do you sell the dividers? I’ve wanted to track multiple things in my classic happy planner which seems woefully incomplete. What weight paper do you use? I really want to print my own, but will likely take them to office depot for printing and cutting. Do you know if they seem to do a good job at a reasonable price?
The fall leaf/book themed dividers are available as downloads in my Etsy shop: etsy.me/3LnAMZY As for paper, I use is HP Printer Paper Premium 32lb, 8.5x11: amzn.to/2rKM19o It’s very bright and thick enough for double sided printing, however any 100-120gsm paper should work just fine. Hope this helps! I have had items produced by Fed Ex / Kinkos in the past with good results, but I haven't tried Office Depot myself.
I have been using full page label sheets and printing my tabs the last couple years. I’ve also used a thermal label printer and a label maker. Each has their pros and cons.
I show and discuss all my completed pages in my monthly flipthroughs. You can jump to the daily planner using the chapter markers. Here is the latest video: ru-vid.com-KAB37EoRJM?si=DlurZg8Mlb6W3u8S
Hi, I'm confused. What is "planmas"? Christmas stands for Christ's Mass (Christ/mas) , Mass refers to attending a Roman Catholic Mass on the feast day of Christ's birth. The words plan and Mass put together don't make any sense. I couldn't get pas this confusing phrase to be able to focus on the rest of what your were saying.
It is a phrase to denote daily videos that are posted specifically during the Christmas holiday season. It came from the original term RU-vid term "vlogmas".
