An in depth collection video showcasing the Postman Pat ornaments I own.
Which were manufactured by a company called 'Definitive Designs' in 1999.
They did a whole range of home collectables for Postman Pat.
Background Music includes 'Bertha' music by Bryan Daly. Music from Heneghan and Lawson and an orchestral rendition of the 'Postman Pat' song I found on Soundcloud years ago.
I cannot find it on the site now, so unfortunately I don't remember who made it. I couldn't use official 'Postman Pat' music, as it's copyrighted.

These are pretty nice ornaments, the clock and the water ball of Pat, Julian, Sara & Jess are my favourites. Funny thing is when I first saw Peter Timms on the rope, I thought he was comically holding on for dear life 😂. It would have been nice to have seen other characters in the standard form like Peter Fogg, Major Forbes, etc.

I do like the Definitive Designs Pat line myself. I do wish they had done almost all the characters from Series 1-2.

If I knew the composer's name, I would ask, but I don't want to post it fully without crediting them. I know that sounds hypocritical cos it's here, but it's just background music with me talking over it. I'll try to track down the composer

I thought I’ve heard Pyscho theme at 00:29. 🚿 😱 LOL. And Fireman Sam’s hair on Season 5 is bright. Rebecca Hubbard was like a politician and Captain Mildred is a parody of the late Margaret Thatcher. From Charlie Chalk. My dad always thinks he’s a clean shaved Ted Glen. LOL. Granny Dryden always makes me think of Grandma Nellis who’s my dad’s mum. However, it was pre introduced in Postman Pat takes the bus when Peter Fogg was driving Ted’s lorry. Than Fireman Sam at 17:55.

Baz, may I ask a question, where do you find ornaments or toys etc, do you go online or through charity shops?

It's always ebay, mate. Which can get expensive. I rarely see anything like these in charity shops nowadays. I used to go into charity shops a lot when I was at School age (2000 - 2007) and I would see a lot of Fireman Sam and Postman Pat stuff from the original era, but I don't see much in them at all nowadays, just books occasionally

@@bazbanter9329 similar to when I collected Beano and dandy comics, pretty recently tbf but between 2015-2021 I saw them a lot in UK charity shops, now there’s none

Well, the frame of the clock is the church, but the other Postman Pat clocks I have seen, don't have a pendulum

@@Milfdestroyer123 Yes, Pat is walking towards the church with a parcel The clock face is placed on the church roof. A pendulum is part if a clock that swings back and forth So, there's a figure of Reverend Timms on the pendulum So it looks like he's greeting Pat at the church door, if that makes sense
