Jede kann Depression haben. Es gibt viele Gründe. Egal ob man motiviert, schlau ist und Disziplin hat usw... Eine Berufstätige Frau hat jetzt Kind. Es ist eine große Veränderung. Das Kind (besten Gefühl ever), Arbeit, Haushalt, vielleicht auch Haustiere usw will man um sich kümmern. Aber hat keine Zeit für sich selbst. Dann versucht man sich irgendwie Fürsorge. Leider klappt es nicht immer. Dann... Akzeptanz, das ist sehr wichtig. Wenn es so ist, dann ist so. Eins nachdem anderen
