My Productivity System in 2023 

I just started with Notion, 3 days ago, I would really enjoy a video on how you build out your pages, and what works for you the best in the content creation world. There are so many different ways to make it work and I haven't seen anyone do the same thing, so I am curious abouts how you build your steps out.

I’d love a notion walkthrough and more about how you organise notes etc Starting university in a couple of weeks and feel lost with how to best store everything and manage weeks.

How on earth did you make such a high quality, value packed video as your second video on the channel? I want to start making content but i feel like my videos would be so bad relatively. You have transitions between screen sharing and full screen cam, to little sections where you're doing a task from afar view, along with animations and text popping up on screen for topic transitions. it's really impressive

Yessss! I'm so happy that you started this channel and sharing all of these tips. The intentions page had me in complete awe. I definitely get overwhelmed at the blank slate so I only use the basic features of Notion. I'm excited to see a deeper dive!

I love your dashboard. I've been spending the last week trying to learn notion and while I think Thomas Frank's second brain is amazing, it was just too much for me. This system looks like a good compromise for making a system work. Would love a notion walk-through as well.

I was all over the place in different ecosystems that when i wanted to find something i could not find it or complicated everything instead of being productive. Also, i had subscriptions models all over the place. I did some hard soul searching and decided to go from Evernote to Apple Notes, from Microsoft 365 Office to Apple's native Pages and Numbers etc.. All my hardware is Apple so sticking with native apps for peace of mind.

How to cope with perfectionism? Every time i start a system i get dissatisfied and start all over again

OMG. Thank you for also being a productivity junkie! I am too. And I've been looking for tutorials for cross platform because I cannot live without gcalendar and todo-ist. But sometimes they're just not enough. Thanks for this. Looking forward to that notion video so I can start setting up mine.

-gasps!- A fellow Dutch person! I do the same thing, some terms I know and understand better in Dutch if I don't know the English word for it (even with a translator I might not understand what I wrote down). This is quite an interesting video to use multiply productivity apps and sources to help you through the weeks of work and personal stuff. I have autism and I too have a terrible memory what I have to do on certain days if I don't write it down or plan it out properly, if the week isn't planned on time I'll be at a higher stress level or feel restless as there is too much I want to do. My main issue is to balance everything out from my energy, to my time management and what tasks I do when, I try to stay consistent with my routine and planning but... tbh my mom is a spontaneous planner so it's very inconsistent when or what she's going to do or out of nowhere/last minute ask of me. Question: In your Todoist, do you use the free version or the subscription?

You have a great system but the thing that makes me confuse his how do yuo know witch information is more accurate? i know you can sync todolist with google calendar, but with notion too, in reallity you have 3 calendars.
