Last week they started to build on the two lots next to me and I learned my property line is not where I originally thought it was. I knew this was a possibility because during my final walk through I noticed survey markers in my yard about 10 feet over from where I was told the line was. The owner said it was a mistake and not to worry. Well it wasn't and theres nothing I can really do about it now. My wife and I had talked about building a garage there because there is a second driveway but now thats not part of our property so we are changing our plans for my garage. We're just going to start over and make a bigger one where the curent workshop is. If any of you guys have any advice on Red iron buildings or the carport styles let me know the pros and cons and what you think would be best for long term.
