Hi mansi... I was also an exclusively pumping mamma and now my baby is 7 months old almost 8 months in 10 days and still getting breastmilk through pumped milk. I was an undersupplier and went over supplier producing 50 - 60 oz a day which i learned increasing supply from exclusively pumping mammas groups from fb. Some tips i think you must know to increase supply which i believe you are not mentioning. 1. First 3 months need to pump every 2 hr. Till 12 weeks your supply is already build up. 2. You can start dropping your pump session after 12 weeks like if you were pumping 7 times a day you can drop to 6 times a day and 5 times at 6 months and then 4 times at 8 months and then so on. 3. You need to power pump once a day to increase your supply. 4. Eat chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, jowar ka atta, moringa powder ( drumsticks leaves) as it will help you tremendously in increasing your supply. 5. The next pumping schedule should not be the start from your early finished session. Like your first session was 3 a.m. then your next session should be 6 a.m. . I followed all these rules and instead of feeding my baby i have 25 - 30 oz left a day which i stored in my deep freezer. I have stored almost 5000 oz in my deep freezer and i weened pumping at 6.5 months. My baby still get BM through my frozen stash till her 1 year of age. This knowledge is compulsory for those mamma who didn't know about exclusively pumping is a thing and we can still feed our babies without latching.

With such a hectic schedule and taking care of 2 kids, how do u manage time in order to enable urself to make so many videos? (This comes in my mind every time I watch ur video or talk about u with anyone) Really appreciate ur efforts and capability. Hats off

My baby never latched, I used the electric pump but it was too hectic to wash and sterilize pump parts again and again, then I started hand expression...baby is now 1 year and I am still continuing though now frequency is decreased,only 3 times a day 😀

Hi everyone i am a mother of 3 month old baby. I also use pump to extract milk but usually i extract when baby dont feed n my breast get full so i stored the milk basically for night. It is little easy to feed with bottle at night instead of breast.

Yes Mansi.. The concept of breast pump is really very much helpful, specially for those babies who do not latch properly and sleep in the middle, again wake up and latch.. In that case it requires long time and specially at night in winter season it is really very much painful for the cesarian moms. I also use manual pump of Luvlap, it is really good. 🙂
