One tip I would like to share is taking a 30 minute nap when you come back from work or school. This will rejuvenate your body and give you spirtual energy to be more productive throughout the day. Even if you can't take a nap just lay down in bed for a few minutes. Ramadan Mubarak and jazakuallahu khair for the video.

try and sneak a power nap in when you can! also taking a quick walk can help you feel a bit more awake :)

I go to a majority Christian/Catholic school so nobody fast during Ramadan I find I hard when I see others eating during lunch but then I think about Allah ❤️

Aslm, Try Mana tablets available health shops. It helps with blood sugar levels. After years of talking it during Ramadan, i now no longer need it Alhamdulillah

I personally think staying pretty hydrated after iftar helps with thirst and hunger and also in small sips (3) with bismallah and alhumdillah And having a few snacks that would help while fasting! Ramadan Mubarak sister jaserah, and brothers and sisters!

You guys read your taraweeh at 8:30AM in the US. In the UK we read ours at 9pm and then they go to 10 and half 10

I have a strange question, If you forgot your medicine until after the sun rose. Would that break your fast even if you dry swallowed them with no water or anything. I'm sorry if it's just obvious I just don't know and I am curious

It does break your fast but you should take it if you are in danger without it. You would need to make up that day of fasting

As far as I know, we shouldn't be applying perfume during fasting. It's not Haram but it's good not to wear perfume. Don't know I am not really sure about this...

Salam sister. I know a lot of people are telling you that you are doing great. However, exposing your awrah (makeup, wearing towels etc.) on a world wide platform like RU-vid especially during Ramadan is definitely not recommended in Islam. I just felt compelled to write and I am sorry if I sound judgmental as I am far from perfect. May Allah guide us all on the right path and accept our fasts.
