My ranking of the Generation of Corvettes. Which is the best looking corvette? What do you like? 

C3 Corvettes are stunning and always have been to me.

Not gonna lie. I'm partial to C4s. They are what I grew up with. The ZR1 and Grand Sports are dream cars for me. Also pop up headlights and just cool.

My first favorite was the 1967 Big Block drove a few, fell in lust with them! ‘72 T-Top was my first car, my dream car since the debut of the ‘68. Crazy about Motion’s Mako Sharks. Had a ‘76 project for a short while, then many years later got a Z51 ‘89, fun car to drive with the ZF 6-speed! Sold it, now have decided to rank the C-3 as the best design, simplest to tinker on, and easiest to own and even daily! No computer controlled cars for me! Keep those videos rolling!

C6 most beautiful one to me!!

Just watched my 1st episode of your videos, and I just out was the one where you were building the rear fin. I just wanted to thank you. I have a 74 corvette(actually 2 of them) but people telling me what I can and can't do to my car really bummed me out for a while. I'm glad you aren't afraid to work on your own corvette. I went right out and started back on mine.

I currently own a ‘70, but I put the C2 first, C3, and then a C1

Hey from the South Carolina Coast. I have a C2 1964 Sting Ray L76 327/365hp Muncie close ratio 4 speed, all original, matching numbers, documented 40,100 miles, mint. Also a 1995 convertible with semi rare hard top from factory, 42k miles, mint. A 1996 Z51 with 60k miles, mint. My 2007 Z51 3LT Atomic Metallic Orange is my fave to drive. Original owner 9k miles. It's hard to say what one is the best. The 64 for weekend car shows and my 2007 for driving around town and blowing Stangs away.😂😂

The C3 is a very sexy car although if I could pick any I would pick a C8 just because that iteration is Ultimate and has become a literal supercar 1 and 2 would also be a dream come true so

Top three 3. C3 (1968-1982) 2. C1 (1953-1962) 1. C2 (1963-1967)

That open sequence sure looks like somewhere near the intersection of north Mopac and SR45... (???)

Looks? The C3 was awesome. 60's tech, overly gadgetized, but the styling was superb. Got a little worse as bumper standards phased in. Chonky nose by the 80s. C6 is the best modern Vette. Sleek and purposeful. I can't warm up to the C8, but hopefully it will be refined for the better. Great car but it has pudgy proportions. Lambo, Ferrari make mid-engine look great. GM needs to capture that.

Fun game! Like your take; here's mine: C5: offensively bland for the marque. Billboard ass, almost the entire front end cribbed from an FD RX-7. Ignominious, "clinic"-tinged dressing for the quantum leap in almost everything else about the car C1.3 ('58-'62) Harley Earl chrome bukkake. To its credit, course-correcting year by year after 1958 - but never to match what came before C3: like the late C1s, a caricature of what preceded it. At least it was its own car, like nothing else on the road; but "nothing-else-like-it" had been done before, and more handsomely C7: gorgeous profile, proportion, and overhangs; glitzy on its beveled surfaces. Would be further ahead were it not for some serious ugmo on the ZR-1's maw C6: what the C5 should have been from the start. That simple. Recalls some '80s grace and puts some starch back in the fenders C8: far and away the best 'Vette ever, and it LOOKS it, the *best* - but not the *prettiest*. C7 surface entertainment goes full Broadway here C4: you want a pure, neoclassical treatment, you will NOT. BEAT. the E-type simplicity and Ferrari 308 break line of a C4 - even if it begs the question, how elegant and clean SHOULD a Corvette really be? C1.1 ('53-'55) / C1.2 ('56-'57) - what'll you take, deco lady with the mesh stone guards and rocket taillights, or sleeves-rolled toothy headlight-thruster with cheeky bits of 300SL all over it? ICONS. Have both if you can C2: room for debate before now, but there is only *one correct answer* for the pinnacle of Corvette styling, a balance of beauty and brutality unmatched before or since. This is as stunning, singular, as distinctive, as mission-statement as any car gets. Truly the Corvettest of all Corvettes, in the loftiest possible way

Sorry brother. I only agree on c2. I think after that the c4! Especially the early c4s. The c3s basically are junky. Some worse than others. The rest are usually too expensive for a good one and not worth restoring. C8 great for money people, not real CORVETTE people. BTW I’ve owned at least 200 Corvette’s. I am confident in my picks. PERIOD

C1 and C2 were hot. Everything from then until the latest generation are ugly imo.

c1, c8, c3, c7. Never liked the c2 .
