This type of person seem to think they live in America where trespass is illegal. It doesnt work like that in the UK. They dont seem to have heard of implied right of access. And as you said PJ, if there's no signs then how are you supposed to know?

I actually like this, it explains the video from the point of view of the auditor in question. The fact both this and the full audit video are on RU-vid is really good, more videos like this please 😊 more auditors should do this 👍
when he wont tell you who he is, you should say something like "you look like the contract toilet cleaner" !!! .. that would provoke him into validating "who" he is with respect to the business

Those in the video give up some privacy so that society can reap the benefits of uncensored journalism. Employees are likely to know the position of properly lines. Do you prepare by examining public land records beforehand? Show the same regard for the owner's property rights that you expect for public photography. When asked to go, graciously terminate the interview and leave!
Some people (cops included) seem to think they've stumbled across the crime of the century, and it's only your misfortune to be discovered. Anyone watching would realize you could stand elsewhere for the same view and never be noticed.
