Great question. It seems to be pretty good. I can't quantify a specific improvement, but I take it and am maintaining muscle mass. Though I take so many different supplements that I can't credit only the HMB.
I think so. I take so many different supps that there is an overlap in function. I have been taking HMB on an intermittent basis and I think I can feel the benefit when I do, but it may be the combined effect of all the supps I am testing during that time. I hope that info helps even though it's not a yes or no answer.

@@BLAZE_DIBIASE -- fairly certain it's helping. Gains in muscle mass and gains in the gym but I've also cleaned up my diet substantially as well. I'm sticking with the HMB supplements regardless.
