Keeping Jak sacred is so lovingly beautiful. I never questioned it. I was thinking your sacredness is far more important than sacrificing it for your audience that’s not actually in your life. I thoroughly enjoyed this vlog! Your nana is sooo beautiful and gracious to host this just with you all. Those memories are priceless. And IMO you are doing the right thing keeping your relationship private. My husband and I started dating 10 years ago and while we acknowledge each other on socials, we have never followed each other and our relationship bloomed into something so wonderful and everlasting-imagine that 😊. People, especially on the internet, even well intentioned, are too opinionated and curious about relationships that have no bearing on their real lives and it soils things sometimes. Keep it sacred; keep it just for you two and watch it grow just fine 😘

Go with your gut! Only share what you’re comfortable with. We see ALOT of your life, a diary of sorts, if at some point your gut is saying it’s ok to share your relationship then great! If that never happens that’s great too! X

Jack is such a doll! I love that you value the relationship so much that you want to keep it private. I think once you start consciously filming it, you bring a third party (the camera) in and it puts you into a performance mode and weakens the relationship bond. Once that happens, resentments can start building. Wishing you a deep and lasting love that almost always makes the other person feel they are First, and most important, in your life. You can then thank your past relationships for teaching you how to really love.

My favorite parts of your vlogs are where you're having fun...shopping, walking, eating - especially with friends and family. Your world is unique and amazing and so different than most, yet I never feel that your content is unrelatable. I feel like commenting again today as I think you need to hear the voices of those who respect and understand that you are keeping your relationship private. It is a bond that the two of you are building into something special and beautiful. You dont need to share it with anyone if you dont feel like doing so. It’s protective. Also, if things don’t work out, you won’t need to question if you should remove videos with him in them. Only could keep me awake at 2:34 am after a day of moving house. I love you darling. Been a subby from THE BEGINNING. ❤❤❤❤❤ . I think you just want to keep him special to you. When my hubby and I first started being a thing, ( 20 years ago). I never talked about him or what was going on. Our relationship was just for us. I didn't want anyone s advice. It was just we 2. I have been a follower of you since day one, and I have to say that I have enjoyed seeing London, through your eyes and life, travel and friendships. I feel absolutely no dissatisfaction w/ your decision in keeping Jak private. Relationships are private, and I think sometimes those blur in social media, and I am not so pessimistic to think that people are all malicious when that line blurs, I sincerely think that people follow, subscribe, whatever you want to call it, for some entertainment, escape, appreciation of so many beautiful cultures and difference we share, but staying in reality is key. Just like I would never walk up to anyone in the street and demand anything of them, how could I then demand you to share every part of your life. You get to choose, in a society where sometimes people do not have choice (against their will) what you want to share with us. We can agree or disagree but I can be just as happy to be part of the journey. Love that you still do vlogs.

You do not need to share anything on your vlogs that you do not wish to Amelia - Jak I am sure is very supportive of what you do but he does not to feature. He seems a fun & very straight forward person who just gets on with life. The reel or insta story where you were applying makeup & he was doing the voice over was so funny! This was quite sometime ago but his narration was so hilarious! Always do as you two wish to in life Amelia & that should apply regardless of others in your life & what you do professionally. It's not surprising you don't feature Jack in your vlogs much. After a very public breakup you aren't about to flash him left right and centre. You are allowed to be cautious and I know for myself when I am not quite sure that I keep things close to my chest. Not to say that Jack isn't the one. Just that there isn't that blind forging forward and blasting it out to the word willy nilly any more. You have grown up Amelia. Getting your heart broken does that. You are quite right taking your time. We have your back x
