I got kicked out of the military after three years about three years ago and i've had a steady job since then(unloading trucks) and after talking to thousands of drivers i've decided im going to do it. I was just wondering if my discharge would affect me in trying to become a truck driver. If so it is what it is but i would just appreciate any info anyone could give me, thanks for your time bro.

there's a company called BiRite, its a food distributor company in Brisbane about 10 minutes away from San Francsico that does local work, u should give them a shot. i believe starting pay is $18.50 ?? look them up tho.im also 19, ima go with them first 2 see what they say, i drive a bobtail 24' right now out of San Jose, im just waiting to have 2 years verifiable experience with the company in San Jose..
