My Review of the ERE PEREZ Avocado WATERPROOF MASCARA | Demo, Swatches, Clean and Green Beauty 

I am a user of this mascara. Totally agree with you about it helps hold an eyelash curl and that it is a lengthening not a volumizing mascara. To the latter point, I layer on Fitglow mascara then another mascara to prevent Fitglow's fallout. Normally I wouldn't bother with so many steps but my eyelashes have thinned over the years. Which brings me to my second point, I have seen a growth in my eyelashes in terms of length and volume. However, since both Perez and Fitglow mascaras promote healthy lashes and growth (and I started using both at the same time), I don't know which one or both were responsible for the growth of my lashes. I have not seen fallout of lashes but I do take my mascara off with an oil or balm in a sweeping up motion only touching the lashes never a back and forth or downward motion that pulls on the skin (my mom told me the same thing😉)

I love that you're highlighting and discussing sustainability in actual product containers/packaging but brands such as Elate, Zao, and Kjaer Weis aren't fully plastic free with their mascaras, lipsticks, and lip gloss housing. The refillable part is basically a plastic cartridge. Not slamming anyone as I honestly am not sure how a company would make any of those truly plastic free but rather noting it for fairness of comparison.

I love that you talk about sustainability Have you thought ability doing videos about products other than beauty that touch on sustainability?

If this is the only PFAS-free waterproof mascara, perhaps the cons are worth it. But have you found any other pfas-free waterproof mascara?

I literally bought this mascara because of your review saying its super waterproof and it wont come off.. I wore it for 5 hours today and came back home with black stains under my eyes. I didnt cry. It wasnt raining. I didnt sweat. It smudges. Im so annoyed. It makes me wonder if you got paid to say all this 😓
