You 100% sold me on this kit. I have always figured it was just a crappy cheap kit given... well how cheap it is. this seems to be a really good kit. ill definitely be ordering myself one soon
yeah i know this comment is old but i personally used this kit on my s197 5.0 and used bigger turbos before i built the bottom end and was pushing 1100 wheel with upgraded opg’s 10spd and injectors. great kit.
Love that "closed course in mexico" disclaimer when you got a truck right ahead of you. LOL. Anyway, still deciding what I'm going to do with my '18. Whether a VMP, Edelbrock, or other supercharger, of go with a twin turbo like this one or the Hellion setup. Car is daily driven year around, so has to be manageable enough for winter cold and snow, yet able to deal really good power rest of the year for street and the occasional track day road course.
Yeah. You are going to want to have a programable boost controller set up to ramp boost first through third. Will save your tires and your life/car in some sketchy spots.

Thanks that’s what I wanted to know. Would you recommend this set up ie the turbos your running with a 2017 PP manual car that will see allot of street driven dd duty.
In begining of build. 2019 GT Premium Performance Pkg 1. Top mount twin kit with 61mm be here tomorrow, have Sai Li dual pump return system coming, FIC1000 injectors, AMS 2000 CO2 controller, billit fuel rails, Ford Performance 1500hp half shafts went in Friday, and billit oil pump gears and crank snout sprocket. MT82 car, looking at getting it 1000hp build kit.
@@DARYLEWENGERD One more thing, I have bee watching all your videos on this top mount kit. I want it! But can I install this in my garage with out the means to remove the motor? At this point I have already done long tubes on the ground in garage but looked like you had some fitment issues? Also I wouldnt be able to re route the wire harnesses on the sides as On 3 doesnt say you have too? Will daily drive this kit on spring boost is that alright in your opinion? OR Should I go with low mount kit?
@@jessielee1520 The low mount kit is much easier to install as it does not require relocation of the fuse box and pcm. I loved my low mount but the top mount looks and sounds so much cooler. If you installed longtubes you can install this kit in your garage as well
Yes. I ran all last year with the low mount twin turbo on stock sealed Motor. Ran 9.20s at 149. I decided to put rods and pistons in it before this season and the new turbo setup
