@@starryeyes12 thanQ for reminding me🙂 I m still following this routine, but instead of the kadha, i have started taking lukewarm water for the past 2 weeks.. and alhamdullilah my weight is 74 now.. i am not following any strict diet, but i do exercise regularly for 10-15mins.. n also the first thing i drink in the morning is lukewarm water..

I had starting working like the way you said... I am sharing my comment because i want that everyone should know that this actually works or not I had started this diet plan and i had added some more exercises And i am writing it here Morning: Hot water or cinnamon hot water It can be normal(room temperature) Exercise (20 minute walk) Dodh(malai ky baigair) and sath me hatili jitni roti If u dont want to take this Then take Boil egg with veg kabab Then i had added some exercises *stairs *jumping jacks *hand exercises *squats Lunch Any 2 fruits Or chana chat Dinner 10 spoon boiled rice(namak and zeera) and sath me koi bhi salan Then walk 20 minute And before sleeping drink green tea or cinnamon hot water or normal water I will tell about my weight loss after every 15 days In the comments below Best of luck❤️❤️ to everyone as well

Its my experience if you wake up early, sleep early, have your meals on time instead of skipping meals, reduce Caffeine nd drink enough water, you wont gain but your weight will be maintained. There is a physcological trick, eat in a quater plate! U wont be able to fill it like a dinner plate. If you are very hungry just divide your portion and eat that later. I was 57 kg before my marriage and now im 55 kg after having a baby girl. I haven't done any diet not even for a single day. Maybe breast feeding also played its part.

First of all say no to sugar and frizzy drinks. Take warm water and 10 seeds of klonji(black seeds) early morning. Than take breakfast. Take half paratha with salan and tea. At 11am take a snak or milk shake( no sugar) or any fruit. In lunch what ever u eat bring it half firstly. In dinner take half roti and salad. Take green tea before sleeping. I also walk which helped me alot. Try to take as much steps. Start from minimum 3000 and gradually increase it. I also followed Alex ren ab workout for 2 weeks. Don't get hard on urself. Try to lose one pound but be consistent and motivated. Hope it will help you. I was 65kg and now 55kg Alhamdulillah. It takes time but don't lose hope. Drink normal water and atleast take one glass of water in every hour at day time.

Alhamdulilah last year January apki video dekhi thi,or 6 months me 13 kilo km kia ap k points KO follow krke.......phir mge jaundice hogya tha to 2 months wese hi full khane pine ke bger guzre or mzeed 2 kilo lose hua ...😁😁phir jaundice k bad esaaa josh ayaaa k bhai ab mazeeed dieting nhi life enjoy krni he..🤣ab 31st December 2022 KO weight check KIA h to 5 kilo brha PRa he🤣🤣🤣🤣ab dubara apki video Dekhi and I m motivated again😍😍InshaAllah wapis shape m ana he January k andr andr hope so I will comment the success at end of January😍😍😍😍😍

I used to weight 85 kg. Now I am alhamdulillah 62 kg through proper diet and exercise. Now I am on my journey to lose remaining 6 kg to achieve my ideal weight which is 56 kg. This video increased my motivation to do that.. 😍❤️

@@sanafaaiz2498 I used to follow the diet plan of a dietician "Soha Sharjeel". She has her youtube channel "Lifestyle with soha". Her diet plans are very effective and for exercise, I used to jump rope alott.

Bhot achi tips 🥰thank you so much I was willing to lose my weight but I didn’t had any idea of what diet should I take and what quantity because I had listed about that we have to be hungry or eat just one time a day and so on but those were hard for me but these tips are very easy, motivation and according to me 😁 ❤

Hi marium sis .. mene apki video 2020 k start me dekhi thi or follow kr k apna weigh loose kra tha us time meri shadi thi ... 59 kg se mene 54kg tk weight loose krlya tha .. now! 2023 meri shadi hogai masha ALLAH ik beta ha ... After delivery mera weight gain hoye py hoye jarha ha current weight 70kg hogya ha... Roz sochti weight loose krun lkn khud k lye time hi nhi nikal parh..m lkn jesa apne bola k sb mind ka game ha ik br soch lo krna hi krna ha tou bs hojata hai ... Aj insha ALLAH me again ye sb follow kr k apna weight loose krungi ... 😊
