I am on that stage where last 5 kgs are most difficult to lose. Thanks God i got some new recipes. I was sick of eating chicken breast everyday. I lost 14 pounds in 40 days. That was my fastest weight loss. After that i lost weight but not that fast. My different items that work for me are sweet potatoes as snack, olive oil instead of ghee, brown rice instead of white.

For example, you ate yogurt and just measured the calories with the help of a scale but how can we calculate the carbs, proteins, and fats for the measured yogurt from that overall mentioned ranges? @@laibakamran1276 yes of course Laiba, few tips, first reduce your weight it should be according to your height, reduce carbs, I take roti in lunch and brown bread in breakfast and dinner. In between fresh fruit, snack on nuts and to be very honest I take ( fennel seeds) saunf if just want to eat something when not hungry. Daily walk.
@@laibakamran1276 some tried and tested desi tips, one cup like warm milk with two tbsp isabghol husk, tsp extra vergin olive oil and a pinch kalonji seeds. Take this daily. It helped me a lot slowly you will feel that you need to reduce your medicine dose. Insha’Allah

Randomly started watching and love your vlogs! I’ve been counting macros off and on but finding it super hard to stay consistent. I am like your ‘before’ pictures so need to lose quite a lot of weight. Just a hint about cooking in the instant pot, you normally don’t need to put water as the meat, onions, tomatoes release water, especially in qeema 😀. Keep shining!

So, I wanted to request you to make a video, similar to your diet video, on the steps that you took after FSC until enrolling in specialisation in the UK and frequency of the exams and all the requirements for the specialisation, also details about the house job (how it is done- how do you get into it- by applying in the hospitals yourself¿). It would be very helpful for aspiring doctors and especially I really appreciate how you explicate so clearly, leaving no room for doubts. And I find your tips quite useful too, so would be great if you could suggest how to get through MBBS as well.
