This is true. I am currently working with Big 7. Can't reveal the name. And i am earning 8.4 fixed. Cleared group 1 & appearing for group 2 . I had 8 years ka gap after arricleship. Muje toh number of attempts bhi nahi puche. But interview went very well. Gaps bhi nahi pucha.

big ups to the transparency portrayed in this vid. thats a great deal for the viewers. (itni zyada transparency, ki ab we can calculate your tax liability xD) anything around and above 12lpa is a reasonable expectation imo. - i recommend making more such videos talking about your own exp. helping us connect & relate with you personally. also would be really appreciated if you cover in detail the aspect of how a student might be able move abroad after completion. thank you.

Sir I also did my intern from a very small firm and don't even know how to use the excel formulae in huge no of line items.. I always hd fear in my mind and just because of these never got that confidence to apply in big4. Today your story strongly relate with mine... This is not ground reality. Maybe few companies. The salary offered is 9-12 lakhs maximum. Many dont touch 12. Lets keep the salries realistic for students. Also, majority of industries pay less than Big4s anyday including MNC's. Yes mega companies like ITC, Reliance pays much better but thats outcast rather than the norm.
