My old school district had magnets that go over the spare bus number, for example I rode bus 077, if bus 03 filled in for the day, two 7s would be placed over the 3
I'll admit there have been times I have been unable to clean a spare. My reason as of now is I have an autistic 3 year who just wants to get the heck off the bus and due to Covid, I can't have him distracted running around on the bus while I clean. Been the main reason why I've been struggling to keep my bus clean in general. Hopefully that will change soon.
“This window is so clean you can’t even tell it’s there!” Me: Feels stupid for realizing that he was filming the windshield and I really couldn’t tell😂
I appreciate even though your carrying some extra weight you still have the decency to get up and clean the windows even though you don’t have to. Respect brother
Spare drivers are nasty they don't care to clean the bus after they're finished because it's on to the next, its not like us who keep our same bus all school year
I mean it is a spare bus, so it just sits there and gets rained on, that's why the windows are so spotty and dirty. Its not like people are touching the windshield and putting fingerprints all over it. But I am sure you are right, the last person to use that bus most definitely didn't clean it up at all. Well you didn't mention anything about the floors or seats in that bus, were they clean?
I wonder why international ic ce buses always break down, but blue bird hardly have problems. And also why do the windows on bluebird busses never go all the way up?
Never knew how much some drivers care about their students to the point that they get there early enough to clean the windows of a spare bus if theirs doesn't start
Our spare bus was an old Front engine flatnose bluebird with a low ceiling and greenish interior paint and brown seats. Ran better than our normal bus, but whenever it went up the hill on cornell road the engine sounded like it was gonna jump out of the hood and slap mr. Kidd (my old driver).
