Is there a reason why the SDF is marketed mostly for children/elderly? It seems like it could make a lot of sense for adults and save time/tooth structure in a lot of cases?
likely because the existing research is on children and elderly patients. I agree with you and that's what I teach in my lectures, it's a great option for anyone, any age
