This is the birth story of my second baby, who was born in a hospital with no epidural, no doula and no interventions. After having done this once before, I knew I could do it again. My second labor was almost exactly as long as my first, but it was much easier. With my first, I was in the pushing stage for over an hour. With my second, I was in the pushing stage for 6 minutes, and my baby came out in two pushes.
All births are beautiful and it doesn't matter if you had a csection or an epidural because you birthed a beautiful little soul! I just wanted to share my story because giving birth was one of the most empowering things I ever did and it's something I wanted to have documented for the days when I begin to forget the details.
