Hello everyone, how are ya?? Today we're unveiling my secret closet. Similar to my iconic Pink Vault in my previous pink Calabasas home, but way bigger, this is truly a special closet. I didn't know if my house was going to sell or not before the closet was actually done being built.. I've had so many requests to see inside so... come along for a little journey. In today's episode, we also move the dogs permanently to my Wyoming ranch and they say goodbye to LA.

There's a psychological theory that when someone has come from having nothing, or has experienced losing everything and bounced back, they often hoard and excessively buy things that make them feel like they 'finally made it' and will never be without again. Once they can get past that feeling they are able to declutter both physically and mentally. It looks like Jeffree has reached that catharsis. 🖤

This is so true! My grandma had nothing while WW2 was going on when she was a kid, and that made her hoarding throughout her whole life. She had 8 closets full of clothes because she had none as a child. And when something like toilet paper was on sale, she would buy in bulk. And when my dad would ask ''Why mom..'' she would answer; ''So we don't have shortage when a war breaks out''. Unfortunately she never got past those trauma's (never wanted to have therapy) and we had our hands full making her house empty, because she had to move out because of her dementia. Now she lives in a retirement home.

You can absolutely tell that Jeffree has had a reality check, he's changing, maturing and it's hard. I'm proud of him. This is the most authentic video I've seen for a while and it makes him kinda relatable. We all have to let go of things, our pasts and it's so hard. I'm glad I saw this.

It is said by owning so many things, that the thing then own you. You are freeing yourself physically and mentally of excess baggage. Don't get me wrong, you have beautiful things. You can now scale down what you keep in your new home and enjoy some other beauty that surrounds your home. You will be back on the road, being glamorous as the world recovers Covid19. You will be buying some new beautiful pieces for your Meet & Greet, classes, and photo shoots. The future has many surprises coming your way. Enjoy this new journey.

So beautiful! Leaving the Hills and taking your babies out to live in the country will be so good for all of you. There is something so amazing about realizing it’s all just stuff! Literally! i’ve been in that place of darkness and trying to fill up my feelings and emotions with stuff and i’m beyond happy that he’s been able to move on and focus on himself and the things that really make him happy. Wranglers are making a comeback. I never thought I'd see the day. I'm pushing 53 & I remember wearing that brand in 4th grade. I can't believe how expensive they are though. The original ones only. I don't think Jordache will be coming back or Sasson, Used, Gloria Vanderbilt, all those old names. I see in Walmart now. Champion came back with a vengeance. Used to buy that at a Kmart. Now they are selling for crazy prices. Unless you get knock off ones. I remember buying Puma shoes at Kmart as well. Too funny.

This is what growth looks like. A lot of times we try to fill holes internally with things or sometimes even people outside of ourselves. The answers we're looking for are found within but usually shrouded and hidden by painful shit we're terrified to relive. It's important to remember where you've come from for sure but it's also important to not let the past hold you as a prisoner of fear. There are so many inner demons which are easy to mask with excess, but just like makeup, eventually you gotta pull out that makeup wipe and start discovering what's underneath. Props to you Jeffree. For real. Self work takes guts. Nothing is as terrifying as pulling back that curtain to see what's behind it but really all that awaits you is healing and inner peace.

Your comment is how I feel! I remember being a super fan on fb when JStar was just getting popular and went to 1 of his concerts. Obviously my mom was mortified that her goth child went from one extreme(all black) to another(every color imaginable in 1 outfit) every few months following Jeffrey's trends/styles. 😀 so glad he has finally got some down time away from crazy papoz and drama so he can finally just enjoy his new stuff and puppies!

I thought so too. In that moment I felt like he let the past, and even Nate, go- spiritually. There's something about when we take our pets away from our old home. I felt it when I grabbed my three and said "let's go boys!" The end of an era. Jeffree looks so at peace and happy. I love his collection but I love this new side of him and can't wait to see what's next with the Star Yak Ranch.

I love how he acknowledged what was not right in his life (being excessive) and taking a step in the right direction. I still like seeing the extravagant side of his life but above all things, I like hearing the growth in his outlook in life.

His whole vibe has changed. But the vibe we are getting from him now, I feel like he is really showing his true side. Like getting out of California to avoid and dismiss himself from all the negativity and drama. Since you have moved to Wyoming, you just seem at peace, not stress, not having to deal with all the bullshit you have be dealing with. It’s clear Jeffree used shopping and stuff to try and fill whatever void he felt inside. The problem is … it may work.. but only for an hour or two … and then the void hurts again and you just keep buying and spending with no success. I’m very glad he’s realized that happiness does not lie in designer stuff but by being in nature and connected with the earth. I wish you so much happiness in Wyoming!
