The secret recipe for my Sangria, the best you will ever try, very easy to make at home.
Ingredients
750 ml Red Wine
60 ml Golden Rum
60ml Cointreau
140 gr sugar
1 lemon
1 orange
20 g raisins
25 g dried apricots
30 g dried figs
Lemon soda
Preparation
In a jug we add the lemon and sliced orange (you can replace the lemon with lime and the orange with tangerine), we add the dried dried apricots cut in half (they can be peach, peach, apricot), raisins or dried grapes and figs dried, cut in half (if this ingredient is not easy to find in your country, you can eliminate it or use a similar product). We add the white sugar (you can use panela, piloncillo, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, agave syrup or your favorite sweetener), we add the cinnamon stick, golden rum and Cointreau (you can use the orange liqueur you want), We add the red wine and stir. We refrigerate in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 hours, serve in a glass with a little ice, raisins, dried apricots and figs, fill up to half of the glass and finish by filling with cold lemon soda.
Grades
- It is important to let it refrigerate and macerate, so that the wine and liqueurs extract the flavors of the non-liquid ingredients.
- Stir well with a spoon before refrigerating to completely dissolve the sugar.
- Lemon soda that is cold and carbonated to add bubbles.
- Serve in a glass or glass with a little ice, to produce the least amount of water, since we are serving everything cold.
