Hey Adam. I just hoped on the Strategist wagon about a month ago. Great content by the way! My question is about this method. For me, it seems a little invasive coming from the perspective of the homeowner. I know I would feel very concerned if a complete stranger asks for me by name and said they retrieved my info from online in order to perform a service. How do you handle this objection?
WELCOME! Glad to have you here :) This is all public information. Same reason that all the spam mailers that come to your house are addressed to your name. You're in the business of serving homeowners and property owners. I wouldn't sweat it. Simply respond with, "I pride myself on my attention to detail and personalized service. So I spent the extra time looking you up on public records so I knew who I was speaking with."
