I am from Nashville TN😊My husband and I moved away about 20 years ago. We have family there. We live in North GA, work in Chattanooga, TN. I admit when we go into Nashville we feel like foreigners it has grown and changed so much. Never could get into the hot chicken though. Yours looked good, but I get gird easily. Ok, I tried this spicy chicken yesterday and it was DEE LISH! I followed your instructions and the chicken came out perfectly. Flavorful, not overcooked, moist and I could cut it with a fork. Highly recommended.

I'll never get the hang of handling the flour dipping section of these chicken breast ideas. Everything just gets wiped off by my small chubby stiff knuckled digits. Must keep trying 😂
Of course, but they may not crisp up as much or will give a different flavor. But of course they'll work. Many breaded chicken recipes use breadcrumbs (or the lighter and crispier Panko breadcrumbs).
