As a young African woman navigating my early 20,I tend to get lost in the sauce of school and life so it can be very difficult to cater to my own health, but like you said "if you cant love you how can you love others" and I thank you so much for that reminder and that transparency. I caught up with this video just in time after being overwhelmed with work because lately my mental health has been dragging due to both negative people and negative situations that are out of my control. It's been almost two months since I stopped letting distractions take a toll on my mental health; however, I thank God that it did not take a toll on my physical health nor appearance.
