I work at night, so I apply sunscreen 🧴 before leaving my house in the evening

Yes, you can, Asians have sunscreen on all day everyday, that's how much they are afraid of sun burn. Sunscreen act as a barrier stopping light/ heat from penetrating through your skin. So there is nothing wrong with sunscreen. It's like lotion 2.0 😂

If you're melanated, you do not need sunscreen. Sunscreen is really artificial melanin for fairer skin types.
