Awesome foam roller demo. People need to see the joy and benefits of that simple device. Epic how we are taking fitness and health to ultimate levels. @@popothecatathome Haha correct. First time tripping shrooms and i still had to feed and take care of my dogs so i decided to play it safe with 2.5 gs so i could still be useful in an emergency. (Dog fight, somebody gets hurt, etc). Next time ill need a dog sitter haha.
